I am upgrading the hard drive in my old MBP to an SSD.

I only am using 50GB of storage currently. Wondering if the 120gb drive would fine or if I should go with the 250gb.

In other words, is there a benefit to having more free space with the 250gb vs the 120gb?

Are we talking 2.5" SATA SSD's?

If so, there's not a big increase in cost between 128gb and 250gb.

What makes the difference is if you KNOW you'll never "need more" than 128gb.

Yes. I don't think I would need more, but maybe I should just go with the 250...
