+1 on Skitch and Evernote, together at last.

But you'll find much, much more online at a site like MacUpDate.

Where can i find... or how do i make a pandora widget?

BEST ONE is called pianopub! http://dev.kunugiken.com/Pianopub/
its also in the appstore. The nice thing about it is it can use your media buttons to control it (next track, pause, play), has all your stations you can (un)like songs, you can bookmark songs, add new stations. the only thing you can't do... or i haven't figured out is adding variety to a station.

some more pluses. is no commercials.. and you can skip an unlimited number of songs!! and of course the app is free!!

Skitch is a cool "paint" (and much more) program that used to cost $19.99, but is free since Evernote bought it.

Caffeine (Simple power-savings override with a timer. Keep your power saving settings aggressive most of the time, click the coffee cup in the menu bar to keep it awake for a movie, download or render.)

ClamX AV (Free open source simple virus scanner. Dosen't take over your system like more aggressive AV programs)

The Unarchiver (Free multi-platform decompressor. Supports ZIP, RAR, SIT and others)

---

Edit: For artists with a Wacom, Sketchbook Express or Sketchbook Copic Edition. Quick natural-media drawing program.

Mindnode is another good one. They have both free and pay versions. Great program for outlining fresh thoughts or new project kickoffs.

Mindnode is sooooooo amazing!
And for a great time-waster, TapColors is a fun little game that you can have easy, free fun with while you're waiting for files to transfer or a video to process or a file to download or something. :)

How do you install pianobar, I get an error saying it's from an unidentifed developer.
