i clean the screen with microfiber cloth, i have 2 of them! i make one wet and do the whole imac, 1st the screen n so on and then i dry it with the other one!
For the keyboard and magick mouse i use baby wipes from pampers or hugies :D

I use 91% isopropyl alcohol on a soft paper towel for the entire Mac.

One exception being screens that are anti-glare, on those I use just water and if necessary 50/50 isopropyl alcohol/water.

Tip: If you have a Mac with a sheet of glass over the screen, use windex as it makes it sooo much easier to get the screen streak free.

Don't use Windex on the screen!

I use Radtech's OmniCleanz and it works really well with no streaks.

With the keyboard simple Q-Tips and a damp (not wet) cloth. Wipe down the keys with the damp cloth and get a small cup of water and some Q-tips. Did the Q-Tip in water and use that to clean between the keys.

I agree but if you have a iMac or (non-matte screen) MacBook Pro it's not the actual screen your cleaning, it's just a protective piece of glass.

Never use Windex or household glass cleaners.

There are a lot of products out there that are hype, only worth using it over something else because they want to make a profit. That is not the case with specific products for cleaning computers and their monitors.

Never use Windex or household glass cleaners.
