Any discussion about additional features of each carrier and possible extras or differences I may have missed are totally relevant. Feel free to post

FYI those are not unlocked prices, they're unsubsidized prices. Unlocked will probably be $50 more, only work with GSM and not come til November.

I think Apple already posted some prices for the unlocked phones. I may be wrong though. Do you have a source or sources?

Yeah I guess your prices are actually for the unlocked phone. It is strange that they are the same as locked unsubbed ones, so I wouldn't be surprised if either locked goes down or unlocked goes up.

I believe you're right but the misunderstandings come from 2 places:
1) the $10 is separate on the plan page even though it makes no sense to get an everything data plan without a smartphone, and
2) It used to be a 4G only charge and since the iphone isn't 4G, many think it won't incur this charge. As near as i could tell when looking it is now just a smartphone charge, so iphone users will pay it.
