iPhone 3GS case for iPhone 4

Just out of curiosity, are there any cases for the iPhone 4(S) that make it look like the 3GS (ex. the case Gray Powell used for the lost iPhone 4 back in 2010)?

Not that I'm aware of but there are replacement beveled aluminum backs you can install. I just recently came across these but I quite like them:

That looks pretty good, I assume it doesn't have any effect on the signal?

Antenna is on the steel band outside of the phone, so no it wouldn't have any effect on the reception.

It may not be that simple though. Having a big piece of metal very close to the antenna could still affect the signal, especially if you bridge the antenna to the back with your hand when holding it.
