I ordered a factory unlocked 64GB black @ 5:30am EST, Oct 7th. My status says "Processing items".

What's everyone else's order date/time & shipping status? Thanks.

32GB white, ordered right as the store came back up around 1:40ish MST. Still processing with an Oct 14th ship date.

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 4_3_5 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/533.17.9 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/5.0.2 Mobile/8L1 Safari/6533.18.5)

Ordered a Unlocked 64 gig black 4S within a minute or so of the Apple Store coming back (about 1:40 MTN time).
As of right now it's still processing with a shipping date of Oct 14.

Ordered mine the minute it went live, and it still says processing and shipping by October 14th.
Of note, some people who preordered directly through the carriers (not Rogers), have received tracking information that states delivery on the 14th.
So I'm thinking those that ordered through Apple will get them on the 14th - I hope.
:apple:

Mine says "Ships by October 14th" too. I attached a screenshot to this thread's first post. Cheers.

Odd, my credit card has got charged already. Anyone else get their cards charged before shipping?

My card was charged Friday morning.

These charges aren't actual charges. It's just a hold - when you're credit card actually gets charged is when Apple ships it.

I ordered a 32GB black and a 64GB as soon as apple.ca was up at 3:43AM EST and they are still processing. hopefully they are prepared for shipment soon! my credit card also had the hold/charge put on last week. :apple:

When you say they're on hold, are these funds still set aside for Apple? reason I ask is that my online shopping CC is only $1500 and I guess now there is a hold of $960 which means right now there's less than $600 available, not enough for another charge.

Should I change to my real life CC with more funds?

I found the shipment via UPS tracking reference:

1. Visit www.ups.ca
2. Click on the “Tracking” tab on the top left.
3. Click on “Track by Reference” on the left column.
4. Choose "Canada" for Destination.
5. Choose "mail innovations"
6. On the page, where it says “Shipment Reference”, enter the phone # you provided when ordering & your postal code.
7. Click “Track” on the bottom right.
8. If your order has been entered into the UPS system, the shipment details should be there. Mine is there with no tracking #. Just a reference placeholder.

That's what I would assume the point of a hold would be.

I called my CC company. They confirmed that it's a charge, not a hold. Cheers.

Alright. Either that changed for me as well since last night, or perhaps your CC company does it differently.. or your order was processed different that mine.

I just tried that as well, but noticed you can use anyone reference # and postal code and it will return a result.

16gb white ordered at 12.40pst. Stil processing. I read it on another thread it will only ne shipped on 14th for Canada to be delved the following week..that's bad. I would,ve gone to the store if I had known this

My order is still "processing".
As I mentioned in an earlier post on this thread, I ordered an unlocked 64 gig black 4S from Apple within a minute or two of the store going up.
Anyway, called Apple a few minutes ago, wanted to change my delivery method to the optional faster one. I was told that I cannot; that there is only one method for shipping to Canada ( I could have sworn there was an option for faster delivery when I ordered?).
The Apple rep also told me that my iPhone would ship on the 14th, and I'd get it 3 to 5 days later (my order always said "ships Oct 14).

When ordering laptop, there was an option for Expedited and one more faster option.

Not sure why Apple don't give these option for its phones.
