125 kb excel file is not opened by any application (nor iPhone mail)

Hi,
i've a very simple excel file of approax 125 kb.
i've tried to open it with FileMagnet, Air Sharing, and to open with native Apple Mail (sending this file in attach).
No way to open it ...
Why ?
