I actually have these coming in to me tomorrow. I ordered them in white. Reviews seems to be good. I have read about people complaining the wire gauge makes them frail. I'm not too worried about it. I'm careful with stuff I care about.

I just ordered them in White as well from Amazon. They were listed as $99 from most of the vendors, but one had it selling as new at $69 I believe, plus $5 shipping, so I took a chance.

Will let you know in about a week whether or not they are worth the $$$.

I was just comparing the descriptions. The Reference earbuds are supposed to replicate the sound of reference speakers and have home theater style cables. Those are the only two differences I see.

The original S4 were some good earphones for it's price.

Anybody using stock earphones to listen to music should upgrade earphones... there is absolutely no reason anyone needs to be listening to music at the quality of stock buds.

Even spend 25-35 bucks on another set will increase the quality of music 100 times over.

Well.. I went to the website and engaged someone at Klipsch in a chat session; they did not know a release date for the Reference S4i, beyond before the end of the year. I suppose I can wait.. No mention of a white version though..
