Yes I have the same problem and I thought it is only my phone and Verizon tried everything but didn't work so they are sending me new phone which I suppose to get tomorrow, let see if that resolves this issue.

I'm not in the phone too often, but when for an extended period, my mic drops out for a minute or two. Very annoying.
So far so good (new Phone)

I have the same problem on T-Mobile. I bought a device only phone. I'm going to the Apple Store tonight to swap out for a new phone and test the phone out at the store. If I receive another bad phone I think I will stick with my iPhone 4 and get my money back.

That's because there seems to be a bug--Your iphone 4 s have the same problems?
never had the problem... only had it for 3 days though, haha
