iPhone 12 Pro 128 vs 256 gb

I’m considering buying the 12 Pro Max but I’m unsure about the capacity. I currently gave the 11 with 128 gb and I’m usually around 80 gb usage.
Will I be ok with the same capacity on the 12 Pro Max? Will video/photos take a lot more space than the current cameras?
