1280x720 @ 30fps MOV files /Compressed photo images

Does anyone know why I can copy 1280x720 @ 30fps uncompressed MOV files from Canon camera to the Camera Roll via third party app but cannot sync the same files via iTunes?

iTunes states that its unable to copy the files as they are unplayable by the device (iPhone 4) when it fact they play perfectly!

Also using Handbrake, what is the optimal /best quality setting for the iPhone? There is an iPhone 4 preset but its not as good as my uncompressed versions.

Also is there any way of configuring iTunes so that it does not compress /optimize photos when syncing folders without resorting to 3rd party apps?

Try getting the iSkysoft iMedia Converter. You will be able to convert any type of video file for your needs.
