True, but that one's a 96GB. Higher capacity=higher density=higher cost. Were the 128s at the same price as well?

Anywhere from 125-130. So, "yes". They're based on Toshiba controllers, pretty much the same ones Apple would ship with, similar in performance too.

Which is why Apple isn't truly competitive with their pricing. Their SSDs are bottom feeders.
