"get info" for Finder

How do i get to "get info" on my finder. I would like to change the Finder icon but cant figure out how. please help.
 
man.... i got in there, changed out the icon and the new one shows up in the "get info" page, its also the icon in the files but it wont change on the dock.. i believe its cause i cant quit finder and relaunch.. i tried to reboot but nothing. any suggestions?

You can relaunch Finder by pressing Option-Command-Escape, selecting Finder and pressing Relaunch. You can also add a Quit Finder entry to the Finder menu by typing the following in Terminal:
defaults write com.apple.finder QuitMenuItem -bool yes
killall Finder​
