Any know if this will be available to pre order at 12am or will it be the usual time of 8am? Don't want to miss out on pre ordering.

The times given are always PST. So i would say 99% 8AM

It was like that for the 4S/5/5S i believe

It will be 8am, people always get confused because it's midnight in the USA.
