MP 1,1-5,1 12V activation on macs pro 5.1

Hello friends, I am trying to see what elements activate the 12V in this type of plates, and as much as I am looking for with the multimeter where these two pins arrive I do not give them, if someone could lend me a hand I would appreciate it. The pins are 14 and 4, I can't see where they are on the board.
Sorry for my language but I am using a translator.
