iPad 13.1 update deleted all downloaded emails on iPad Pro

Like the title says, all my downloaded emails in the stock email app were deleted in the update from 12.4.1 on my iPad Pro 10.5. This didn't happen on the updates to my 2018 12.9 Pro or XS Max phone.
