13" 128 Air shipping delay at amazon

3-6 weeks, wonder if this is the start of pre-refresh shortages.

Amazon has 3-6 weeks shipping time for anything that's on backorder. It's Amazon's way of saying, don't buy it unless you're sure you want it and don't mind waiting a bit.

When I see the filter for my car on 3-6 weeks delay, I don't think that they're going to change that anytime soon

Apples way of preparing for a release is, in fairness, to delay all orders so stocks are out by release

it's not going to be my primary computer. between GIT, Dropbox, Google Docs and jungledisk. plus alot of the time its pretty much going to be used as a thin client to RDP into my desktop, client PCs and servers.

although i am hoping for upgraded storage options on the new air.
