13" 16gig Non-BTO?

Are any of you guys finding 16gig 13" rMBP's at your local Apple stores? I've called the 3 close to me, but all just have base models. At this point I'm not too picky on processor/SSD... just want 16 gig due to running VM's. Do the Best Buys ever have upgraded models?
 
They might get in the high-end specs non-BTO... but these would be with all things upgraded ie. i7/16/1TB so you'll be paying top dollar for them.
