We have family sharing with 6 total people, and things have been great for a long time. After we all upgraded to 13.2.3, some apps started to say “This app is no longer shared with you” after the app updated. It’ll then bring you to the App Store to purchase it again, which prompts “A family member already has downloaded this” and we download. Upon launching the app, we get that original prompt and are in a loop.

We have tried deleting the whole family and starting it over. Changed credit cards. Turning purchase sharing off for a while and turning it back on. Had a family member buy a new paid for app and the rest of us can’t download it, except them, yet it shows up in their “purchased” list. Made sure it wasn’t part of app storage and did the “offload app” trick. Movies and all the other services are sharing successfully. Has anyone experienced this?

We have an open ticket with Apple and it has been escalated to senior level, but still, this is a bad bug.
