You need a BlackMagic eGPU to connect a second LG 5K.

I'd offer to sell you mine, but I'm afraid I like it too much . For all the bad press they get being non-upgradable, they fill an (admittedly very small) niche well. Super quiet and a massive boost to my 13" MBP driving an external monitor.

I imagine that before too long they will be either a) back in-stock; or b) replaced with a new 5000-series navi (or fingers crossed 6000-series navi2). Either way would be a good outcome.

I'm under the impression that Vega GPUs are uniquely nice for running multiple 5Ks quietly, because they use HBM memory and that has sufficient bandwidth to pump that many pixels even at its lowest idle clockspeed.

eGPUs in general (the kind where you buy the enclosure and a card separately) use quite lousy quality case and PSU fans though.
