Hi all,
Since updating to 13.3, I am seeing System Settings coming up as doubled results in Spotlight.
This is happening both on my personal M1 MBA as well as company M1 MBP (that has most settings locked-out, so no crazy customization here) as well as 2012 MBP running thru OpenCore, so I hope I am not be the only one... Strangely, I haven't found anyone else complain about it anywhere!
I tried reindexing but no help. Upon further checking, it appears that one entry is coming under actual System Settings, while the other under Apps - as you can see on the images below where I played with the Finder preferences.
Are you guys seeing the same? Or any ideas how to fix (or hack) this?
FIY I wanted to submit a feedback to apple, but funny enough the list ends with 13.2. Guess they know why 😅
Default state:
Apps disabled "fixes" the duplicity, but obviously now does not list any other Applications either:
And finally System Settings disabled, which gets rid of both, even the "App" one:
