Hi all,
Since updating to 13.3, I am seeing System Settings coming up as doubled results in Spotlight.

This is happening both on my personal M1 MBA as well as company M1 MBP (that has most settings locked-out, so no crazy customization here) as well as 2012 MBP running thru OpenCore, so I hope I am not be the only one... Strangely, I haven't found anyone else complain about it anywhere!

I tried reindexing but no help. Upon further checking, it appears that one entry is coming under actual System Settings, while the other under Apps - as you can see on the images below where I played with the Finder preferences.

Are you guys seeing the same? Or any ideas how to fix (or hack) this?

FIY I wanted to submit a feedback to apple, but funny enough the list ends with 13.2. Guess they know why 😅

Default state:
1 - doubled.png

Apps disabled "fixes" the duplicity, but obviously now does not list any other Applications either:
2 - apps disabled.png

And finally System Settings disabled, which gets rid of both, even the "App" one:

@Cotton_Candy_Poodle Yup! Getting the same issue. Also, there's another weird bug where if you search for "Storage" (which should bring you right to Storage settings - it did in 13.2, 13.1, etc.), not only is that also "doubled" in Spotlight, but it brings you to the About section! So annoying!

It is so dumb! For example "Keyboard" entry opens Accessibility Section. For getting to actual Keyboard preferences, you need to select KeyboardSettings.
Simiarly when searching "Siri", you get 2 (sorry, 4!) results all labeled the same but going to two different places.

Another thing that totally broke in Ventura 13.3 is Discord's computer audio capture when streaming a window in a voice channel. I know some other people had it not working before 13.3, but it stopped working for me when I updated to 13.3, very frustrating. And that's not even all the issues I'm having with 13.3 either. It's truly a mess.

I agree "Storage" is doubled in Spotlight, but it does take me to the Storage section. (macOS 13.3.1)

Hmm, looks like there is still this weird thing where multiple different Settings will show up under a same name, with some often leading to the "general/about" section, yes.
But I only noticed this problem when messing around recently. Cannot tell for sure if that is a 13.3 issue, or was there for longer..
The settings I frequently need to access via Spotlight seem to be unique enough to only come up once for me.

But the original issue of everything showing duplicated is really gone for me in 13.3.1. Checked on all 3 devices we have at home.
