13" Air 2013 - flickering screen when changing brightness

Hi,
I am looking at a second hand Macbook Air 13" from 2013.
All looks good but there is one issue that I am worried about:
When changing the brightness, there is a bit of flickering in the top right corner.
Could this be a sign that the logic board is soon to die?

Have you tried a full restore?
