13" i5 vs i7 - no difference?

These CPU's all seems to be identical (except clock speed) and no real benefit to choose i7 instead of i5

That's exactly right. This is why I just went with the base i5, because paying $300 for a small clock speed increase is insane. Although I will admit that I kinda miss the warm fuzzy feeling I would've gotten from maxing it out.

However...
