I've had a slew of issues with my 2017 Macbook Pro, and it has made me wonder what was happened to the quality of Apple products nowadays. Last year while trying to update my computer software, I encountered a bug that required me to have my entire motherboard replaced. (Keep in mind I don't throw or damage my Mac, I keep it very safe in a protective case I bought) On top of that, a few months ago my keyboard began to malfunction and I had to get THAT replaced as well. Then, the biggest one. My backlight display started to show darks spots around the dock. I went to the Apple Store to have it checked out and they charged me $500!! I would rather keep my money. Anyways, I found out it was a known problem and asked them again, but they said they couldn't fix it for free because I had a 2017 Macbook Pro, and they only free repair the 2016 version. So, for the past few months, I've been trying to ignore the splotches on my display and focus on my work, however, this is extremely hard. I just want my computer fixed without having to spend half a grand. :(
