Yes, the new SSDs make boot time awesome. And I don't know where he gets the 20 seconds after password... mine might take an extra 10 seconds after touch bar tap. Maybe.

Hmmm mine seems to exhibit different behaviour than his. Mine shows a loading bar and takes about 15-20 seconds to get to the password screen but after logging in it only takes 2-3 seconds to display the desktop.

I'm using File Vault to fully encrypt the drive, maybe that's why it takes 20 seconds after I enter the password. Only during initial boot though. Normal log on takes microseconds.
