13-inch MacBook Pro with Retina display

Would 16gb better to use then 8gb if i plan to do iOS programming and use photoshop for making icons?Is Retina better for programming and for photoshop?My other question is is i use the retina 13 macbook pro more can i use my other laptop that not not have the retina with my apple developer apple id?

I think given your stated usage, 8GB will be fine. I can't see why you couldn't use both laptops with your apple developer id, but I'm not familiar with apple's EULA in this case.
