I forgot the charger for my 15-inch rMBP at work today. Can I use a charger for the 13-inch rMBP without damaging the battery of the 15-inch?

It seems to work - the green LED is lighting up - and the battery is already charged to 100%.

Is it safe (will only use for the weekend)?

Perfectly safe to do. The computer draws power from the adapter, the adapter does not push electricity in.

Your computer will draw what it needs, no more, no less. If you get into intensive stuff and the 60W cannot provide enough, it'll draw the rest from the battery.

Great.

I just read somewhere, that it could damage the battery (reduce health) but I guess it's fine then.

Thanks.

Th only issue you might have is that for certain tasks, the battery will start to run down, as the lower wattage charger can't deliver the same amount of power.

Worst case, if you shut down your MBP and leave it plugged in, that should be enough power to charge your battery at that point.
