13' Mac Pro Wont update past 10.9.5 OS X

Hello All !
Software OS X 10.9.5 (13F1911)

Won't me play youtube, it tells me certificate is bad.
No Apple store, imessage etc...
13' Pro Tried To reset Mac and I guess I went a bit overboard and deleted a whole driver and files..
Now my Mac won't let me update past the firmware listed above.

Also unable to Find Macintosh Driver, I tried ever reset under the sun and so far, nothing.

Which MacBook Pro do you have?
If you are not sure, go to the  menu / About this Mac.

If you mean that you need a system installer, then try the steps in mikethebigo post above. That will tell you how to get a macOS installer app, which you can use to make an external bootable installer.

Try updating to 10.12 "Low Sierra" first.
I believe that version of the OS does an important firmware update.
