13 Macbook Pro 2.26 - 2.4 - 2.66 Ghz ?

I am From India and i am gonna buy a Macbook pro From Ebay.Com
my Budget: 1250 Max Us $


My usage:

- 5-6 hours daily surfing
- i would be learning Photoshop
- I would be installing Logics
- yes i love experimenting with software

and yes do the basic stuff

i have got three options which come near in my budget

1) 2.26 Ghz Ram = 2 gb HDD= 160gb ( 7 hours battery backup) ( 1050 $)
2) 2.4Ghz Ram = 4gb HDD= 250gb ( 10 hours battery back up) ( 1230 $)
3) 2.66 Ghz Ram= 4gb HDD= 250 gb ( around 1400 $ ) but if worth the take i might buy )



Also suggest a seller that Might sell cheap and also Ship it to India ?

This is my first Good and expensive machine
really exited and yet confused

this machine would stick with me for minimum of 3 years

and what not might come in the way.

So just want to make sure it should not stop going !

Yes, because 4GB RAM is already 100$ and that's pretty much a must nowadays, so it's 80$ for better battery, GPU and CPU let alone the bigger HD
