13" Macbook Pro vs Aluminum 2.4gh macbook

For the life of me I can't find threads on this, my head hurts searching. If it's that easy to find please post a link to the search & or threads here and i'll be happy to read them... but...

Is there any major differences in the 2.4ghz aluminum macbook vs the newer (low-end) 13" macbook pro?

The SD card slot & firewire (with or without) doesn't bother me. Mainly looking for speed and storage.

Looks to me like I should just get the cheaper 2.4ghz unibody macbook since it has the 250gb HD as well?

Any insight?

Get the Macbook even though it doesn't have the 7 hour battery life like the 13 Macbook Pro you can swap out the battery with the Macbook and get more life.

newer macbook pro has a much better display.
