13" MBA Ultimate and Aperture 3?

I was wondering how well a maxed out 13" MBA will run while using Aperture 3.0 in full screen mode on an external monitor (mine is 1920x1200). I used to run the same setup with a 15" 2.4 GHZ 4 GB RAM Mac Book Pro and it seemed okay. Will the less powerful processor in the MBA be a big factor?
