13' MBP(2010) Battery drops while it is off

Hello,
I bought a MBP 2 months ago from US. I realized that my MBP consumes its battery while it is switch off.(I mean literally switch off, not in sleep mode)

To be more specific, I checked my battery before I switch my computer off. It was %78. When I opened my computer 2 hours later, my battery was %72. What can cause such drop in battery? Is there any solution for this?

By the way, I don't live in US. So if There is a hardware problem, will I be able to use my guarantee for my MBP?

Your Mac doesn't consume battery power if it's off. It consumes about 1% of battery power for every hour in sleep mode. Your battery readings may be inaccurate. Have you properly calibrated your battery?

If it turns out that either your battery or your MBP is defective, Apple will repair or replace it, regardless of which country you're currently in.
