Apologies if this is already being discussed in other thread, but I couldn't find a support document for the new 13" MBP on Apple's site.

Does anyone know if the hard drive is replaceable on these new 13" pros? Thinking about getting one, then swap out the HD with a nice speedy SSD later down the road....

I really hope so as i am getting my macbook soon. I was so pissed i got the shipment notification it was just for the stupid ipod lol. I guess because i choose to do the 4GB upgrade with apple it takes longer but there was not any real savings to go outside source on the ram.
 
Ok thats good news. Wonder why Apple hasn't posted up the support documents for the new MBPs yet though.
 
yes the HDD is user replaceable with the wording to protect apple if you made a mistake. They recommend letting them do it since if you damage it then you are liable.
