13" MBP i7 Ram upgrade?

I am debating upgrading my mac's ram from 4 gigs to 8 gigs.

I have heard that Crucial has good ram, and i checked the ram for my system. There are two 8 gig ram packages, and the only difference is that one is 1.5V vs 1.35V. What is the difference between the two packages?

One has 1.5V and the other has 1.35V. The latter is low voltage ram, that is supposed to reduce power consumption. It is not completely clear whether the MBPs actually support RAM running at 1.35V - however the low voltage ram can run both with 1.35V and 1.5V, so it will work, no matter what.
