Hi,

So I'm considering to get the 13" MBP w/ Touchbar, so would like to hear other people opinion about it.

I'm planning to do Web, iOS and some Windows based programming (machine vision), so far I figure a 256GB + 16GB RAM should be enough, I have no problem using cloud or external hard drive to keep my data and only using the build-in SSD for storing the dev apps.

Regarding screen space, I guess if I work in scaled resolution, it'll give me a work area similar to a 15" notebook? (of course text and icons will be smaller, but I'm fine with it) and I think that I could also use my iPad as a 2nd display if I ever need that extra space when I'm on the go?

I did thought of going for the 15", but they're a few things that makes me choose the 13":
1. Larger footprint
2. I already have a Late 2013 MacPro at work, so I don't think I need another powerful computer when I'm on the go?
3. The 15" model is more expensive, I could go for last year model and it'll be the same price as this 13" Touchbar with 16GB RAM but then I already have reason 1 and 2.

So what do you guys think?

One final thing, do you guys think the eventual Kaby Lake Iris 650 will be worth the wait? As from what I read, it'll be quite a big boost on the iGPU department. I understand it's pointless to wait as they'll always be a "better" upgrade around the corner, but I heard that Kaby should be announced in Jan and likely make it to the 13" MBPs in March? Also the fact that Apple might announce a price cut?
