13" mid 2009 service battery

I have had my macbook pro since august of 2009 and now it is showing the Service Battery warning. I want to know if I will get a new one or get it fixed under my Apple Care warranty or will I have to shell out the money for a new battery?

Attached is a screen shot from what Battery Health Monitor says if it helps.
