I'm trying to get my external display set up but I can't get 1080p to work properly. When I set the resolution to 1080p in the display preferences the TV briefly shows a the screen albeit with some of that snowy picture before shutting off saying no signal. When I set the MBP to output 720p it works fine. I have Mirroring turned off so that's not the problem. I'd love some help.
