After looking at the comparison page on Apple.com it seems that the 13 pro has better battery life then the 12 pro max and if that is true then it’s solidified my stance on getting the 13 pro vs pro max given the weight increase.
What do you all think? Do you think it’s going to translate into better real world battery life?

I'm also wondering the same thing, I have 12PM and from what I hear the 13P and 13PM will have the same camera this time around, will the 13PM have better battery than the 13P?

Yes it’s showing a 6 hour difference 22 hours for the 13p and 28 hours for 13PM. But I’m not looking for the weight gain the 13PM brings. I mean, since the cameras are exactly the same this time. I’m heavily thinking about moving down in size because battery life will be better then what I have on the 12PM.

That's a nice boost in battery life, I'm not sure if I can downsize in screen size.... I like the bigger screen

Related to this I have a IP 11 Pro Max and I'm debating going down in size to the iPhone 13 or 13 Pro. I can't seem to find much battery comparisons to an Iphone 11 Pro Max. Anyone can help?

The assumption I would draw of these battery life comparisons is that they are strategically using video as a direct comparison between models, and remembering that the refresh rate will be dynamic, it will often be dropping to 30 or 24Hz for streaming video content. That’ll save some juice over a constant 60Hz from the older models.
