iPhone 13 Pro Max 13 pro max inferior reception to 12 pro max/ iphone 11

Title says it all.
I previously had a 12 pro max . The 13 cannot maintain reception in low reception areas in the same way my 12 pro max could.
I also have a work issued iphone 11 on same network that i carry with my 13 pro max and the 11 consistently beats the 13 in low reception areas which is shocking.
Anyone else finding the same results?

Wow this is a first I’m hearing of this . Your 13pro Max should definitely have better reception than your 11

All phones on same network and the 13 is worst of the bunch
