I just bought a Haswell retina 13" mac pro yesterday, and i discovered that the base cover is slightly lifted around the top left corner, near the hinge area. Is it just my unit? Or is that a problem with every unit out there and I'm just being anal?

No, that is not right, I bet the bale type latch for the display connector in the iFixit photo got thrown the other direction and lodged the case upwards, it needs to be addressed.

I'd get that looked at *pronto*!
