Just curious if others are seeing what I am.

2012 rMBP - Transmit Rate 52
2011 27" iMac - Transmit Rate 360
2011 Mac Mini - Transmit Rate 345
2008 Mac Pro - Transmit Rate 320

All running at 802.11n 5ghz off the same access point in the same room...
 
Bring a different computer and check Wi-Fi speed. If it brings the same results, then your router needs new configuration. If it brings much higher speeds, than it's the configuration on your Mac.
5Ghz network is good if you are in a radius of aprox. 10ft from your router. If you don't stream in your network, get down to 2.4GHZ and choose channels 6 or 11.

Actually the "different computer" is the 3 others listed, so I think it's specific to the rMBP. :)
