13'' rmbp can play diablo3 ?

If base MBA 13" 2013 can (in med settings), why rMBP 13" cannot? I saw vid of that, ~40 fps.

With all settings on HIGH:
2880x1800 - 8-11fps
1770x1106 - 20-25fps
1288x806 - 32-38fps
I don't get people who demand 60fps. Playing at 20-25fps on 1770x1106 is very pretty, smooth, and responsive. No complaints. Didn't see much of a difference when lowering quality settings. Limits seem to be based on resolution.
