13 rMBP (late 2013 version) wifi not automatically updating after EFI update

Last week apple released the EFI update that fixed the unresponsive track pad and keyboard (both of which affected by 13. That fixed the unresponsive track pad and keyboard, however, I've noticed coming out of sleep, my rMBP doesn't hook up to wifi automatically? Anyone notice this? ARGH pretty annoying since I'm so used to my computer connect to wifi automatically.

i have this issue too , after a recent update for the mail fix , wifi does not connect after wake.

thought it was mavericks smart enough to disable wifi after ethernet plugin but it was not the case.

No problems here, 13" Haswell base model w/ 8 GB of RAM. Not sure if it matters, but I'm using 5 GHz wifi to my Time Capsule.

No problems reconnecting for me too. Using a 4th gen Time Capsule.
