13" tbMBP w/ Cintiq and using Creative Cloud

Currently have a 15-inch rMBP maxed out (Ram, SSD, GPU) and wanted to go a little lighter and see if these 13-inch tbMBP would be able to handle using, Lightroom, Illustrator and Photoshop extensively used with a 27-inch Wacom Cintiq ..

The build I'm looking at is
13-inch tbMBP
3.3Ghz i7
1TB SSD
16GB RAM
Intel 550 Iris Pro Graphics
