13" White MacBook 1.83 Core Duo - Good deal?

I have the opportunity to buy a 2006, going on 4 years old mind you, macbook for $300. It's the white 1.83 GHz version and is only core duo, but it has all the discs/manuals/charger/ and a retail copy of leopard. Computer itself is in decent shape, it has a crack that the white macbooks often get, but the outside and everything else is fine. Also, the hard drive was upgraded to 120 GB and the Ram is 2 GB. Should I pick it up, or is it not worth it? Thanks.
