Bootcamp Start Up

I just recently installed win 7 and bootcamp on my macbook pro, but it seems that every time I start the laptop it automatically boots in windows if I do not hold down alt/option to choose.

Is there a way I can set which is the primary boot drive?

Under Windows look to the Boot Camp Control Panel (also available from the Boot Camp System Tray icon) and choose which OS to boot by default there.

Similarly under OS X use Startup Disk under System Preferences -> System.
