Mini (Mid 2007) SMC flash manually?

Hi Guys,

im Stefan from Germany and i have a really big problem with my mac mini.

Everthing works fine, but the front LED is off and the Fans runs always at high speed.
I found many other people have the same, the only mention is to flash the SMC manually.

But there is the Problem.
I installed rEfit.
Than goes in the shell.
Type smcflasher.efi -LoadApp m40.smc

But it returns:

"Warning you are not in the AppCode mode, but in "U" mode,
to enter in AppCode mode run SmcUtil.efi with the "-reset 1" option.

But i dont find the SmcUtil.efi in the internet.

Have you guys any idea how i can fix this?

Ah ups i forgot:
I have all resets done!
NVRAM
SMC
New Battery
etc

Make sure you have the correct 110w power adaptor and not a G4 85w. I accidentally used the 85w on mine, and it caused the fan to run full blast and the front led was off. Everything else worked fine.

I bought a new one...
But the problem still exists
I don't think it can be the power brick as I can get the mini to start up by holding down the power button whilst plugging it in. This is the incorrect SMC reset procedure and I get fans runnning top speed and no LED light.

Does anybody have a schematic for this mini?

I press the on/off button, nothing appears, but
when i holding down the on/off button while plugging the power it in then it goes. This is the incorrect SMC reset procedure and I get fans running top speed and no LED light.

So in the next Step i found a dead Mosfet, near the Power Input.
But the Problem still exists.

But it must be a very small Problem, like a capacitor or else.

Does anybody have a schematic for this board or have any other ideas what the problem is
