1322 Songs Spontaneously Appeared On My iTunes

I was minding my own buissness and all this stuff popped up on a folder under shared marked 'Administrator'. Some of the song and artist names are wrong and seem to be alsmost random. I'm somewhat freaked out right now. What do I do?

looks like you are viewing somebody else's music library remotely. happens all the time in my house with multiple computers. i often get my dads music library appearing in my itunes.
