I think this question may have been asked before, But I can not find a clear answer. I have a mid-2012 15inch Macbook Pro. Ofcourse, comes standard with 4GB of 1600mhz Ram. I REALLY want to upgrade my Ram. I was considering 8GB, 16GB is overkill for me, atleast right now. I can get 8GB of ram for $20. Though, its clocked at 1333mhz. Is it worth the buy or should I go for more expensive 1600mhz memory? Would I even notice a difference in speed?

U can put only DDR3L which means low voltage DDR3.As of that only 1600 mhz will be accepted with timings 9.9.9.24.All others will cause kernel panic
