Did anyone notice Wikipedia has recently changed their mobile site?

Now when you click on a tab of a section the whole page jumps up? I understand why they have done this, so that the whole section is now visible on screen, but it is annoying and hard to get used to. My eyes are trained to keep looking where the tab is and continue scrolling, why would they change it suddenly? Frustrating
